Shiva Kakkar (Critical Reading and Writing)

A custom micro-simulation developed using next.js and GPT-4.1 API for our MBA students. The simulation is designed for our Critical Reading and Writing course and teaches students how to critically analyze and evaluate information. Unlike a Chat based interface, it has a button based closed loop interface to reduce friction in the user experience.

Shiva is the Vice President of AI Adoption at Jaipuria Institute of Management. He is also a faculty member in the organizational behavior area where he teaches subjects on Motivation, Psychology, Communication and the Future of Work. He has previously been associated with a number of premiere Indian b-schools such as XLRI Jamshedpur, IIM-Nagpur, IIM-Ranchi and IIM-Rohtak.
