You’ll have the option to attend one or both sessions:

1. 9 am - 10 am - Session 1: Getting Started with AI: A presentation showcasing OpenAI’s most powerful tools, featuring real-world examples of how institutions are using them to improve services, streamline operations, and unlock new possibilities. This session is ideal for professionals exploring AI strategy or responsible implementation.
2. 11 am - 12:30 pm - Session 2: Build with OpenAI: A hands-on workshop for participants ready to dive deeper. You’ll learn to build your own GPTs and use advanced tools like deep research to accelerate your work. No programming experience required - just curiosity and a willingness to experiment (but please do bring your own device--phone, laptop, or tablet.
