90-Day AI transformation starter kit
Use a completed AI Opportunity Sequencing Worksheet or equivalent notes to compare up to three AI opportunities and develop a credible recommendation about what should move first, what should wait, and what should be revisited later.  Leadership decides whether to approve the priority, accountable owner, investment, and resources.  If approved, the Transformation Leader guides the selected opportunity through the first 90 days with workflow owners and other partners. The kit creates first drafts of a roadmap recommendation, stakeholder and ownership map, portfolio tracker, and focused 90-Day Foundation Plan.

Compare and sequence AI workflow opportunities to develop a sequenced AI roadmap recommendation that leadership can act on. Leadership retains decision-making authority. The Transformation Leader owns and coordinates the 90-day plan.

This workflow can help support teams that update regular leadership or executive presentations from changing source materials. This example uses finance materials from "Make Work Flow: Automating Finance presentations with Codex", but the workflow pattern can be adapted to any teams with a similar workflow!

Activator Labs 101: Foundations is a working session for Agent Activators: the people responsible for recurring work operations that a team or function depends on. They own or materially shape how that work gets done. Agent Activators coordinate the people, systems, requirements, and controls needed to design, develop, and operationalize safe, reliable AI workflows. This session helps apply that experience to carrying an AI workflow from a useful idea into responsible operation.
