Hi, I’m Xiaoxue Du. My work centers on advancing responsible, human-centered AI in education - supporting K–12 educators and students as they engage with algorithms, ethics, and creativity through hands-on, reflective learning.
My journey has been shaped by experiences across consulting, AI research, and strategy. Most recently, I was at the University of Chicago, where I led initiatives at the intersection of AI strategy and operations. Before that, I worked with McKinsey & Company and the MIT Media Lab, and completed doctoral research at Teachers College, Columbia University.
At heart, I care deeply about making AI technologies more accessible and meaningful - as a lever to create opportunities for diverse learners. I’m excited to learn from the team’s expertise and contribute to the ongoing work at the intersection of AI research, data strategy, and innovation.
