As a practitioner, you harness AI as a partner in your daily work. Whether you’re drafting, analyzing, brainstorming, or exploring new ideas, practitioners use AI to enhance judgment, speed up execution, and unlock creativity. By blending your expertise with AI’s capabilities, you’ll learn to ask better questions, evaluate responses, and integrate insights seamlessly into your workflow—turning everyday tasks into opportunities for innovation and impact.

Work Users

Day 1

If a task happens the same way every week, month, or project cycle, it may be ready for a more repeatable AI-assisted workflow. In this hands-on lab, you will learn how to break down a recurring process before trying to automate it.

We will map the workflow from start to finish: what triggers the work, what context is needed, which tools or source materials matter, who owns each step, where approvals happen, and what a good output looks like. Then we will turn that map into a reusable workflow brief you can use to guide ChatGPT, Codex, a skill, or a workspace agent depending on what is available in your workspace.
