Codex bootcamp 201: Team workflows

Build on the Codex fundamentals by learning how to configure Codex for consistent, repeatable team workflows. We’ll cover shared context and repository guidance, approvals and sandboxing defaults, MCP and tool connections, reusable skills, automations, and worktrees.

This intermediate session is designed for builders ready to move beyond individual tasks and establish collaborative development practices. You’ll leave with practical patterns for coordinating longer-running work, sharing context across a team, and using Codex more consistently across projects.
