Agents and Workflows

As AI systems become more capable, knowing how to direct, review, and improve their work becomes increasingly important. In this course, you'll learn how to work with agents by providing context, defining outputs, setting boundaries, reviewing results, and improving workflows over time.

The course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete, but you don’t need to finish it all at once. Your progress is automatically saved. Leave anytime and pick up exactly where you left off, just make sure you complete the full course to receive your certificate.

Developed with the teams building OpenAI's models and products, this course combines product guidance, research, safety expertise, and workplace practice.

This course is designed for learners who are comfortable using AI for individual tasks and workflows and want to explore more structured, agent-assisted work.
