Charles Burke is an Associate Professor of Data Science, holding a PhD in Geography (Network Analysis) from McMaster University. He has worked extensively with local and federal governments worldwide to create real world impact from data and analysis. Prior to joining Franklin Switzerland he was a Quantitative Reasoning Lecturer at the National University of Singapore where he won the Annual Digital Educator Award.
